Step One: Comprehensive Assessment of Client Requirements
Al Farhan tailors its selection process to each client. We undertake a detailed review of your organization, sign an MoU, and collect necessary documents to begin recruitment.
Step Two: Advertising
We build a detailed job description and advertise through targeted media including print, internet, mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and referrals.
Step Three: Filtering Resumes
We receive resumes securely, sort and categorize them, and use subject experts to shortlist suitable candidates.
Step Four: Assessment
We conduct technical, trade, and behavioral assessments, and arrange interviews if needed.
Step Five: Shortlist Creation
All filtered resumes are pooled together to form a final shortlist, along with assessment results.
Step Six: Presentation to the Employer / Client Selection
Shortlisted candidates are presented to the client. Once selected, salary is negotiated and contract signed. Documentation begins immediately.
Step Seven: Processing
Includes medical testing, visa processing, background checks, and passport stamping. Specialized teams handle this efficiently.
Step Eight: Candidate Mobilization
We coordinate travel, issue checklists, and ensure meet & greet at destination. Pre-travel induction is done if required.
